AIM Outfitters Return Policy
At AIM Outfitters, each of our products is custom made-to-order using high-quality materials and precision laser engraving. Because of the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, color preference, or change of mind.
We will, however, always stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue store credit once the issue is verified.
Important Notes:

Please double-check all spelling, names, and custom details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly as entered at checkout.

Photos of damaged/defective items may be required to process a replacement.

If there is an error on our end, we will cover the cost of the replacement and shipping.

If the error was made during order entry (misspelled name, wrong details submitted, etc.), we cannot issue a replacement at no cost.
